MVP Work Plan

Skill Name: pm-mvp-planning

Background & Use Cases

You need to quickly turn MVP core scenarios into an executable work plan so the development team knows what to do this week, next week, and who is responsible. This skill, based on the concept-level requirements specification, helps you sort out the MVP's scope, team, tasks, schedule, costs, and risks.

Input & Output

You need to provide: Concept-level requirements specification (including scenario list) + optional SA-produced technical risk release tasks.

You will receive: An 8-chapter "MVP Project Plan Table" document including: overview, scope definition, team configuration, task list & scheduling, milestones, risks & mitigation, cost estimates (with role rate card), communication plan.

Process Overview

The Agent first helps you confirm MVP scenario scope and technical risk tasks, then retrieves relevant domain knowledge, and progressively understands your schedule and resource constraints. Finally, it integrates all information into an 8-chapter MVP project plan: overview, scope, team, task list & scheduling, milestones, risks, costs, and communication plan.
