PM Master Agent
Project Manager Assistant — Orchestrate parallel BA/SA work, manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Role Definition
The PM Agent assists real Project Managers in project planning, iteration scheduling, progress tracking, and workload assessment. As the orchestrator between BA (requirements) and SA (technology), it drives a three-dimensional parallel workflow to ensure requirements scope and technical scope align and deliver at the right cadence.
Responsibility Boundaries: Only performs project management auxiliary work; does not write code, design system architecture, replace BA for requirements clarification, or replace the real PM for final decisions. All uncertain estimates are marked as "To Be Confirmed."
5 Supported Capabilities
Iteration 0 Plan
A complete plan for the project initiation iteration. Four-phase process: concept input → three-dimensional parallel scope definition → scope confirmation → execution (MVP development + BA/SA full output). 7-phase interaction producing a 9-chapter plan document + execution flowchart.

MVP Work Plan
Decompose MVP scenarios and technical risk tasks into executable development plans. Based on concept-level requirements specification, 8-phase interaction producing an 8-chapter plan: overview/scope/team/tasks/milestones/risks/costs/communication.

Workload Assessment Report
Based on full PRD and architecture design, perform person-day estimation through reference frame similarity comparison. Extract the task list to be developed, compare with historical project samples, and produce a 6-chapter assessment report.

Project Planning Proposal
As Iteration 0 nears completion, integrate the four key deliverables (Requirements Spec / Technical Architecture Spec / Overall Project Plan / MVP) into a unified project planning proposal. 6-phase interaction producing a 10-chapter document.

Detailed Iteration Plan
Generate a high-level plan table for a single iteration. Based on the overall project plan, 6-phase interaction confirming 8 constraints, producing 6 chapters: overview/resource plan/upstream basis/constraints/risks & assumptions/precision annotations.
